Booking, payment and cancellation
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a payment method when booked through the secure reservation link.
- A one-night deposit is required at reservation; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: one night's charge.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and no-shows: the full stay is charged.

- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
- Reservations must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- No cancellation charge applies prior to 12:00(local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
