Four steps to register a scientific contribution

Please read carefully the following steps involved in the registration process.
After each step of the registration process, you may stop and continue at a later point in time using your new log-in details which you create in the first step. Please be advised if you interrupt your registration during one of the steps, the data will not be saved and the entire step has to be repeated.

Identification for accessing the CO CONGRESS ONLINE®
Please fill out the form with your personal information and create your new log-in details. With your personal log-in you can access CO CONGRESS ONLINE® at any time to register and:
• Submit additional contributions
• Book practice seminars
• Access your „Private Mailbox“
• Complete your disclosure information
 
Disclosure information
Following the recommendations of the German Medical Association (Bundesärzte-kammer), the congress organiser kindly ask you to fill out the disclosure form revealing your business and personal relationships within the industry. You have the possibility to revise or complete the information at a later point in time.
 
Congress registration and payment
For registering certain presentation formats the congress registration is mandatory. If you are already registered for the congress, please proceed to the next step.
If you have already registered for the congress but the system still requests you to register, you may be logged-in with different log-in details. For this reason the system is not able to identify you. If this is the case, please contact us. Once the registration form is completed you can choose your method of payment; either by using a credit card or by bank transfer.

 
Registration of a scientific contribution
With your personal log-in details you can register your contribution at any time before the deadline of submission.
