The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.

Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress office no later than 1 May 2011. Please note that you have to use the application form, which will be published later, and that only applications that are correctly and completely filled in can be processed. The application form can be later obtained from the website. The letters will be sent by regular air mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her expense.

The entry formalities and vaccination requirements for the Federal Republic of Germany vary according to the country of origin. For specific information, please contact your local travel agent or the German Consulate in your home country. You may also visit the website of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs
