Abstract Submission

Authors of posters are hereby kindly invited to submit an abstract for contributions to ADHD 2009 Congress by using the online submission form. Please note that online submission is mandatory.
Essentials for all Abstracts
- Abstracts must be prepared in English. Objectives (indicate the purpose of the study or hypotheses that was tested), Design and Methods (include the setting for the study, the subjects, the diagnosis or intervention, and the type of statistical analysis, references should be given in the text), Results (present as clearly as possible the outcome of the study and statistical significance if appropriate) and Conclusions (briefly discuss the data and emphasize the significance of the results).
- Abstracts received by e-mail, on paper or by fax cannot be accepted.
- Abstracts accepted for oral and poster presentations will be included in the Book of Abstracts to be published in the Journal of Neural Transmission.
- Abstracts will appear exactly as submitted.
- Authors have to register for the congress and pay the required registration fee when submitting an abstract. In case of the abstract being rejected the registration fee will be refunded.
- Use standard abbreviations and place unusual ones in parentheses after the word first appears. Do not use abbreviations in titles.
- The text of abstracts should briefly state:
- A disclosure of the existence of any significant financial interest or other affiliations with a funding organisation or with a commercial supporter of the session and/or provider of commercial services is required.
- Please note that a maximum of 300 words are allowed.
- Avoid corrections, errors and misspellings.
- Please note that accepted abstracts will be printed in the Book of Abstracts only after completed registration and payment of the congress registration fee.
- Please carefully follow these instructions. Abstracts not prepared correctly will not be considered for presentation. Corrections of abstracts cannot be accepted.
- Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstracts by the end of March 2009.
- It is planned that the best posters from authors under 40 might be selected for Young Scientist Sessions as oral presentations.
