The Hofburg is situated in Vienna’s city centre. The most important museums  are just down the street as are the Spanish Riding School, the Treasury, concert halls or the Vienna’s most elegant shopping streets.

Congress Registration Counter
All congress materials and documentation will be available from the congress registration counter located at the entrance foyer of the Vienna Hofburg.

Assistance for the reservation of hotel rooms or tours in Vienna will be provided.

Poster Exhibition
Posters will be displayed from Thursday, 21 May until Sunday, 24 May 2009 next to the main meeting rooms on the ground floor of the Hofburg. Information regarding poster format, set-up and dismantling will be sent to the authors along with their notification of acceptance. Click undefinedhere for more details.

Speaker's Centre
The speaker's centre is located in the Trabantenstube on the first flor. Speakers are asked to hand in their CD ROM or USB stick, containing the PowerPoint presentation (IBM format or comatible, no multisession) preferable one day before their presentation, but at the latest 90 minutes prior to the presentation. The presentation will be transferred to the central congress server and will be available afterwards on a specials congress notebook in the hall of the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook. Several PC working stations are provided in the speaker's centre where speakers can also work on their PC charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be glad to assist.

A Short History of ADHD- A Historical Overview on Major Achievements in Research and Therapy
This medical historical exhibition in the main entrance hall presents major achievements in research and therapy and honours major therapeutical contributions. Starting with the work of Heinrich Hoffmann, it features early contributions of George Frederick Still, Alfred Tredgold, Charles Bradley and Kramer/Polnow as well as modern developments and the quest for new therapeutical approaches.

Restaurants
A snack bar will be provided at the venue where you can buy food and beverages. Furthermore various restaurants and typical Viennese Cafés are in walking distance of the congress venue.

Publications for Proceedings
The organizer of the congress retains the right to publish all material presented at the congress in any congress publication.

Congress Language
The congress language is English. Simultaneous translations will not be provided.

Final Program and Abstract Book
The Scientific Program and abstracts will be published on the Internet at  CO CONGRESS ONLINE® in April 2009. Abstracts will also be published in an abstract book. Participants will receive a copy of the Final Program and abstract book along with the congress documentation.

Letter of Invitation
The congress organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress office no later than 30 April 2009. The letters will be  sent by regular air mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at her/his own expense.

Visa
Most Western nationals, including Americans, citizens of EU countries, Australians, Canadians, New Zealanders,Malaysians, Singaporeans and most South Americans do not need a visa. Other nationals will need a visa and should contact the Austrian embassy about obtaining one.

Insurance
The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin.
